it free checked baggage allowance and excess baggage policies for
all domestic, transborder and international flights. The new policy
applies for tickets issued on/after August 29, 2005 for travel on/
after October 12, 2005. |

2 bags weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kgs) |

each, changed from 2 bags weighing
up to 70 lbs (32 kgs) |

The maximum allowable weight of a single
checked bag becomes 70 lbs. (32 kgs) |
| |
|
changed from 100 lbs (45 kgs) |
| |
• |
Bags weighing between 50 lbs (23 kgs)
and 70 lbs (32 kgs) will be charged an |

excess fee of: |

$ 35 CAD / 30 USD for travel withing North America |

$ 60 CAD / 50 USD for all international travel |

to the current carry-on baggage allotment consisting of one carry-on
bag and one personal item |
