About the Training Instructor
 
ROD DIASNES LAYCO (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in General Studies, Universiy of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines, 1980) is a recognized entrepreneur, educator, computer trainer and consultant in the field of business and management development with more than 20 years of experience. He had attended numerous self-behavioural workshops and seminars including stress and anger management and conflict resolution at home and in the workplace. He had taught in different private vocational schools including National Training Institute in Winnipeg for 5 years. He recently had completed his purchasing courses at the University of Manitoba and was employed with the City of Winnipeg as an Accounts Payable Clerk for 8 years and Procurement Clerk for 3 years. He was previously employed by Bristol Aerospace, Unisys/Burroughs Peripherals, National Training Institute, and Wescott Fashions to name a few. As recently as October, 2001, Rod had finally quit his employment from the City of Winnipeg to continue his once home-based business on a full-time scale.
